DC Zoning Board Hearing for Carver Senior Apts. and Habitat for Humanity Townhomes
On Tuesday, February 10th the DC Zoning hearing for the Carver Senior Apartment and Habitat for Humanity townhouse projects were moved forward by a decision of he board.
The developer of the Carver Project will work with DDOT to produce an acceptable traffic impact assessment report for approval as stipulated by the board.
